Model 9143 Diver
|
| |
|
The Level Devil 9143 Diver is a state-of-the art,
integrated pressure gauge and modem. It reports the level of
a single liquid storage tank. It is housed in a tubular
shaped housing allowing the unit to be lowered through a
tank's top opening to rest on the bottom. The phone
cable is enclosed in a plastic tube for protection and it
provides a vent to the atmosphere for the low pressure
side of the integrated differential pressure gauge.
Electrical power used to operate the Diver is obtained
from the phone line connection. The Diver is a very low
powered device (it sleeps a lot) and can run for hours
with energy stored in its energy storing capacitor.
No batteries are used and it recharges every time
it communicates.

Model 9115 Lil' Devil
|
| |
|
The Lil' Devil is an economical tank level measurement system designed
to obtain and store level data. Each remote transmit unit (RTU) has the
capability to monitor up to 4 tanks. The RTU uses bubbler technology to
measure the air pressure required to release a small amount of air into
the liquid. The microprocessor can then determine the amount of product
in the tank based on this measured pressure. An internal modem is provided
that allows a call to be placed at a specific time, and stored data for
each tank can be transmitted to a remote computer for level reporting,
delivery / pick-up scheduling, purchasing, monthly invoicing, and a variety
of other activities. The Lil' Devil can also receive calls for access to
this information. Level Devil software is required for communications and
reporting support. |

Model 505 Two wire 4-20mA Ultrasonic Sensor
|
| |
|
The 505-2400 Series Continuous ultrasonic level transmitter provides
superior performance previously not available in a two-wire ultrasonic
transmitter with a range of up to 30 feet. The compact transducer
design allows mounting in any 2-inch nozzle. It also allows for a
recessed nozzle mounting, enabling the user to measure from the very
top of the tank. The automatic profiling (tank mapping) eliminates
interfering signals from agitators and other obstructions in the vessel
without the need to empty the vessel. The level measurement output is a
4-20 mA current signal. Ideal for use in Explosion-hazard areas, you can
configure the unit using the integral switches, without power, at the
vessel or in the shop. Unit can be set up before placing it in a hazardous
area.

Model IGP20 Gauge Pressure Transmitter
|
| |
|
The IGP20 Gauge Pressure Transmitter reliably measures absolute and gauge pressure
of gasses, vapors, and liquids. These process variables are converted into standard
analog DC signals (4-20mA) which are supplied to the process control and monitoring
equipment. Unique internal design makes this sensor stable over a wide temperature
range and protects the device from over-pressure to greater than 3000 psi.

Model IDP10 Differential Pressure Transmitter
|
| |
|
The IDP10 Differential Pressure Transmitter reliably measures differential
pressure of gasses, vapors and liquids. These process variables are
converted into standard analog DC signals (4-20mA) which are supplied
to the process control and monitoring equipment. Unique internal design
makes this DP stable over a wide temperature range and protects the
device from over pressure to greater than 3000 psi.

Model 9145 Diver RF / 9140 Receiver
|
| |
|
An integrated differential pressure gauge and RF transmitter. The level
of a single, liquid storage tank is transmitted to a local receiver by a RF
data link. A pressure gauge at the bottom of the tank connects to a battery
powered or solar powered RF transmitter attached to the top of the tank.
This transmitter then relays level data to a receiver connected to an analog
phone line. The differential pressure gauge is vented into the top of the
tank and can accurately report the level when the tank is pressurized.
